What's included in a standard cleaning?

Our 64-point checklist covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, mirrors, trash, and beds made. Add-ons like inside oven, inside fridge and interior windows are available.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Most clients give us a door code, lockbox, or garage code. We're fully insured and bonded, and the same trusted team comes every visit.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes — every team member is W-2 employed, background-checked, trained on our checklist, and fully insured. We never use day labor or independent contractors.

What products do you use?

Plant-based and low-VOC products by default. We can switch to fragrance-free or pet-safe formulas anytime. Hospital-grade disinfectants are available for commercial accounts.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we come back free to fix anything you flag within 24 hours — no questions asked.

How do I pay?

We securely store a card on file and charge after each visit. We also accept ACH for commercial accounts. No deposits, no contracts.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes — every visit includes all products, microfiber, mops and a HEPA vacuum. We can use your preferred products on request.

How far in advance should I book?

Most one-time cleanings can be scheduled within the same week. Recurring slots fill up faster — call us to lock in your preferred day & time.

Do you offer recurring discounts?

Yes. Weekly saves 20%, biweekly 15%, and monthly 10% versus the one-time rate.
