How our pricing works
We price every job as a flat rate based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning, and any add-ons you select (inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, laundry, etc.). The number you see in your quote is the number you pay — period.
Recurring clients save 10-20% off the one-time rate, and we never auto-bill for things you didn't ask for. Want to add a service mid-visit? We'll quote it before we start. Want to cancel? No fees, no hassle.
